42Networks is a real pioneer within FTTH Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). Our first FTTH products were launched commerically already in 1999. We are currently offering our 4th generation of FTTH system, based on DRG CPE and HDD Element Management System. Our experience within the FTTH segment and our current market share gives us, and our partners, the confidence that we can provide competitive solutions. 

New services

By using 42Networks' DRG system, the network access operators can offer more services over broadband than pure Internet surf. Possible additional services are for example broadband telephony, IP-TV and cable TV.

Many network environments

Our CPEs are today commercially used in more than 50 FTTx networks throughout the world. This gives us extensive experience to work in different environments, such as with all major access switches, routers, management systems, softswitches and passive networks. As both hardware and software platforms are developed by ourselves, we have full capability to adapt to new environments.

For Open and Closed network models

Due to flexible CPE and management system implementations, the system is suitable for both open and closed access network models. Services can thus be delivered by the network owner and/or other service providers.
