42Networks offers two levels of support services:
- Basic Support
- Premium Support
Basic Support includes helpdesk services, software
updates (bug fixing and software corrections), and upgrades according to the
release plan.
The Premium Support includes helpdesk services, software updates and upgrades, as well
as inquiry handling and software updates within agreed response times.
Helpdesk
Our helpdesk staff is highly skilled and has many years
of experiences in the telecom area. They provide consultancy services during
office hours and they help you to solve hardware, software and operational issues.
Inquiry Handling
A trouble ticket will be opened for each request and stored in a database so
that you can track your inquiries and you will receive statistical reports and
analysis on a regular basis. All inquiries are classified and handled according
to a predefined classification scheme.
Software Upgrades
Software upgrades include new features and functionalities which are released
on a regular basis.
